After you paste a product URL into Undropship and click Find My Discounts, our system gets to work scanning the web for better prices on that exact item.
This usually only takes less than a minute, but a lot is happening behind the scenes while the search runs.
Step 1: Identifying the Product
First, Undropship analyzes the product page you submitted. We examine information such as:
Product specifications
Dimensions and materials
Product images
Manufacturer details
Other identifying information on the page
This helps us confirm exactly which item you're searching for.
Even if retailers use different product names, this deeper information helps us recognize when two listings refer to the same piece of furniture.

Step 2: Searching Other Retailers
Once we identify the product, Undropship scans a network of major online furniture retailers looking for identical listings of the same item.
Because many stores sell the same furniture from the same manufacturers, it's common for the same product to appear across multiple sites.
Our system compares those listings and gathers the prices available across different retailers.

Pastes the URL into the Undropship search bar
Clicks Find My Discounts
The loading screen appears
The results page loads with multiple retailer prices

Step 3: Matching Identical Products
Retailers often rename the same furniture item when listing it online. Because of this, the listings we find may have:
Different product titles
Slightly different descriptions
Different product photos or formatting
Even though the listings look different, they may still refer to the exact same product.
Undropship compares the product data from multiple sources to confirm when two listings match.

Step 4: Building Your Results Page
Once we find matching listings, Undropship organizes them into a results page that shows:
Each retailer selling the item
The price offered by each store
A highlighted lowest price
From there, you can quickly see where the best deal is hiding.

How Long Does a Search Take?
Most searches take just a few seconds.
The exact time can vary depending on:
How many retailers carry the item
How complex the product page is
Temporary delays from retailer websites
While the search runs, you'll see a loading screen letting you know Undropship is working on it.
What If We Can't Find Any Matches?
Occasionally, Undropship may not find matching listings. This can happen if:
The retailer isn't currently supported
The item is exclusive to one store
The product page doesn’t contain enough identifying information
