Sometimes a search on Undropship may return no matching listings. When this happens, it usually means our system couldn’t find identical versions of the furniture item across other retailers.
Below are the most common reasons this can occur and what you can try next.
1. The Item May Be Exclusive to One Retailer
Some furniture products are sold exclusively through a single store or brand.
When that happens, there simply may not be identical listings available elsewhere for Undropship to compare. You can reach out to our team using the chat feature to have us verify if this is the case.
If the item is exclusive, the best option is to check the retailer’s site for promotions, discounts, or seasonal sales.
2. The Retailer Isn’t Supported Yet
Undropship searches across many major online furniture retailers, but we are continuously expanding the list of supported stores.
If the product page comes from a retailer that isn’t currently supported or indexed, our system may not be able to identify matching listings yet.
You can often work around this by searching for the same product from another store that carries the item.
3. The Link Wasn’t a Product Page
Undropship works best when you paste the URL from an individual product page.
Links from the following pages may not work correctly:
category pages
search result pages
collection pages
filtered product listings

4. The Product Page Didn’t Contain Enough Information
In some cases, a retailer’s product page may not include enough identifying information for our system to confidently match the item.
For example, the page might be missing:
manufacturer details
product specifications
clear product images
When this happens, Undropship may not be able to confirm whether listings from other retailers refer to the same item.
5. The Product May Be Very New
Newly listed furniture items may not appear across multiple retailers yet.
If the product was recently added to a store, other retailers may not have listed it yet, which means no comparisons are available.
What Should I Try Next?
If a search doesn’t return results, try one of these steps:
Search for the same item from another retailer
Make sure you copied the exact product page URL
Try a similar product from a different store
